Following This Series: REVEAL:
Where Are You? What's Next For You?
Sunday Nights in the Sanctuary.

March 14th and 21st   from 6:30 - 8:00pm

We're going to have two very special Leadership Conferences for all church leaders, "wanna be" leaders, and even the "don't wanna be leaders" at Salem.  In fact, you are all welcome to come out and hear the shocking results of a recent Nationwide church survey.

This is pretty incredible stuff.  Pastor John is going to be sharing with the church a summary of those findings.  Thanks to some remarkable research, having interviewed over 80,000 people in over 500 congregations - we've learned something about why people come to church, and why they'll leave a church.  We've learned something about how people progress in their spiritual pilgrimage.

We've also learned some disturbing and even shocking truths.  But because they are truths, we can benefit from this and better ourselves.

Come for the presentation, come for the dialogue, members and non-members are welcome.   There will be notes for this so you'll need to sign up in advance.  SIGN UP HERE

OUTREACH

Sunday School: What's happenin'?

Sue Traine, one of Salem's Sunday school teachers, is leading an outreach effort to spread Christ's joy to Salem Woods Care facility across the street. The Sunday school classes made valentines for the residents and plan to make cards for future holidays and perhaps collect small cosmetic items such as lotions or lip balms for the residents.

Salem Community Church greatly appreciates our young people and our teachers for the services they are performing for our church and the community.

HELP WANTED:

Prayer Challenge:

For those who like a good challenge and believe that the church can make a positive impact in it's community.  Then pray two things:

1.        that 10 non-churched people living in our community will be led to Salem this Sunday

2.        That all the "Jesus led" churches in our community will be blessed this coming weekend.

Consider making this part of you noon-time prayer just before lunch.   We are expecting miracles to happen at Salem in the Greater Cincinnati Area.  Please be part of it.

I just ran across these interesting stories regarding two of our medal winning Olympians who happen to be Jesus Followers.  You might find their stories interesting.
